Refund policy
Because all of our products are perishable foods, they cannot be returned. However, some exceptions may apply, such as a damaged product or receiving the wrong product per your order. Please inspect all your chocolate immediately. If you receive your package and it has been opened or you suspect it has been tampered with, take pictures and notify us immediately. You have 24 hours to make a claim or dispute.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, report any damages with a proof picture. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our chocolates.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
